As an administrator on the My Chi My Future platform, you have the ability to reset a user's password. Please note, that users need to be fully logged out of all devices for password reset to go through.
To begin, navigate to the Group Admin space. Click on the "Members" tab in the group.
Then, under "Learners," find the user whose password you need to reset. In the password column, click on "Update." You will be prompted to enter and confirm a new password. Hit save and the user will be alerted via email of this change. The video below walks through this process.
