Logging in
There are two ways to log in to your user account to access groups, programs, or activities you're participating in.
- You can use Single Sign On where you log in with one click using your Google account and don't have to worry about a separate MCMF username and password. For this method, you click on the "Google Log In" button which will then prompt you to select your Google account. This method also allows you to avoid the reset password process if you happen to forget your MCMF username and/or password.
If you're not logged in to your Google account on your device, you'll be prompted to enter your Google email and password. Once you click "Sign In" you will be taken to your MCMF account.
2. The second way is to log in directly with your MCMF username and password. If you are logging in using your username and password and not using the Single Sign On feature, read below to find out how to reset your password if you ever forget it.
Resetting Your Password - Method 1
Follow these steps if you need to reset your user account password:
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- You'll be taken to a page where you will enter the email address or username associated with your account.
- After clicking Next Step you will receive an email from noreply@mychimyfuture.org with the subject line "Reset Password."

- The reset email will look like this. Click on "Reset Password"
- Next you will be taken to a page where you can input a new password. Type in your new password and click on Set Password. You will then be redirected to your profile page.
Resetting Your Password - Method 2
If you are in a Group, your Group Administrator has the ability to reset your password for you. Let your Group Admin know you forgot your password and request for them to reset it for you. Why am I not getting my reset link?
First make sure your devices are connected to the internet and that you didn't accidentally misspell your email or username.
If you are not seeing a reset email in your inbox within a few minutes of requesting it, it may have gone to your spam or junk folder. Learn how to check your spam here.
